Constructing Theoretical Knowledge Scale of Handball for the Excellent Stage Handball's Player in Kurdistan Region-Iraq

The research aim at the following: constructing a Theoretical knowledge scale for excellent stage handball's player in Kurdistan-Iraq. In order to do that researcher used descriptive method with survey, research's society are handball Kurdistan-Iraq season (2020-2021) composed of (197) divided sample into two called( construction, and applied) sample, construction include (153) on other side applied (80) player, collecting data some ways like content analysis, survey form personal interview followed all academic steps rules build theoretical Kurdistan region Iraq, which (43) paragraphs(question). finally, accessing result our research, we different statistical limited to(percentage, arithmetic mean,skew modulus, coefficient ease difficulty, discriminatory ability, chi square, mode. concluded that: 1- was constructed, it obtain paragraphs. recommended depend an evaluation Iraq players. 4- preparing apply another levels. 5- similar cognitive scales games.
